The lead changes; the identities stay
The opening has one dancer close to the lens and two behind. Across the routine they bounce, turn and trade depth, so the person at the front does not stay the front person. The center, left and right uploads assign the opening roles rather than locking three faces into permanent screen columns. A different outfit or hairstyle for each friend helps you read the handoffs. Check the turning and overlapping moments as well as the first frame: those are where a mixed-up identity becomes most noticeable.
